The original concept being, to provide the UK market with access to a more extensive range of Tooth sizes (8-125tooth), enabling the engineering industry to use this relatively inexpensive drive more widely.

This concept was so successfulI that the company expanded this principal into the Vee Belt Drives market, , by providing a much more extensive range of both standard Diameters and Number of grooves and currently is still the market leader in providing a standard stock range of Taper Bored pulleys up to 1250mm PCD, and with up to 12 Grooves.

As the demand for the company's products increased and with it requests for add on services. In late 1992, the company commenced an investment programme to built its own machining facilities here in the UK, to service the growing demand for Finished Machined products and shortly afterwards expanded these facilities into providing a specialised Manufacturing Service for Roller Chain Sprockets.
Since then our Manufacturing Service has been extended to cover the entire range of drives types, enabling the company to cater for any drive requirement, from a none standard tooth size, through to a customer own drawing specification and incoporating a number of auxiliary operations, such as Heat Treatment and Plating.

The company has continued to expand its product portfolio, which now includes Timing Belt Drives, Open Gear Drives, Poly Vee Drives, Flat Belt Drives, Direct Drives such as AC Electric Motors and Motorised Gear units and also provides a number of associated products.
