Our Policy is to where ever possible to enhance our own facilities, but when this is not enconomically variable, then we have seeked to use locally based companies, who are fully certified to their own industries standards.
Enabling us to offer a complete service to Industry and includes all of the following Services:
Machining: Boring, Drilling, Slotting, Broaching, Milling & Turning (Free hand & CNC)
Plating: Zinc, Nickel, Chrome, Galvanising, Phosphating, Chemically Blacking & Hard Anodising.
Heat Treatments: Flame, Induction, Case & Chemical.
The Company's Expansion into Manufacturing was a natural progression of its own machining facilities, when it realised that could not meet the following criteria.
1) When outside of its Extensive Standard Stock Range!
2) When the Stock Product was not suitable for modification!
3) To Customers own design requirements!
4) For a Quicker Delivery time!
Our Specialist Manufacturing Programme includes: ROLLER CHAIN SPROCKETS including spilt & shear pin. GEARS: Straight Spur, Helical, Worm & Worm Wheels & Bevel. PULLEYS: Vee, Poly Vee, Flat Belt & Timing belt. OTHER Taper Bushes and Weld on Hubs.
